Who We Are
Mamba Tech Group (MTG), LLC is an independent sponsor investment firm focused on acquiring and building lower middle market technology companies with strong fundamentals and real growth potential. MTG partners with owners and entrepreneurs as well as acquires businesses outright, including corporate divestitures, always through the lens of an operator who has built and run a technology company firsthand.
Every acquisition runs through the FANGS Framework, our proprietary five stage methodology for sourcing, closing, stabilizing, and growing technology companies, healthy or distressed. Because MTG raises capital deal by deal rather than through a committed blind pool fund, every transaction is judged on its own merits and structured around what is right for that specific business and the people who built it.
